There are three ways to request that a book be pulled for you:

1. There is a “Library Pickup Request” button located below the library Search Box on the library homepage. Simply enter your contact and item information, and the library staff will pull the item for you.

2.  Find a book online by using the Matheson Library search box.

  1. Enter any title or subject in the library search box on the library homepage and hit GO.
  2. Click Sign In directly below the search box.
  3. Select a book you would like to request and click to go to the book information page.
  4. Once the item page is up, find the section labeled Get It and click Request. The “Send Request” box will appear.
  5. Enter a pickup date and a comment if you would like and then click “Send Request.”
  6. The library staff will receive the request, pull the item, and contact you via email when your item is ready for pickup.
  7. You may pick up the book at the Circulation Desk in Matheson Library.

3.  You may also call the library at 270-534-3197 and give the staff member the title and call number of the book. The staff member will pull the item and email you when it is ready for pickup.
